"Game is fantastic, but one star because of terrible support from Nvidia. I have found a bug where some achievements did not unlock despite comleting the requirements for it to unlock. I was able to reproduce the bug on both the ST and SATV. I have contacted Nvidia and they replied on 06/20/2017 (!!!) that they were also able to reproduce (!) this issue in house with EP1 and also EP2 and the team has started working on an update. I have waited patiently for an update because I like clearing all achievement while I complete the game. But enough is enough! I am sick of the lazy and lying Nvidia Light speed Studios! Almost 1 year has passed and still no fix for a major issue like this! I guess support ended after my credit card was billed..."

"After playing HalfLife2 part 2 which I found a great game, I wanted to try also part 1. The game is unplayable as it keeps crashing every minute. It is really sad that the developers and the OS team could not provide quality work for the final user. Please refund me the game as I can't use it at all. Thank you."

"It's great overall. However, at the end of the part where I have to get survivors to the train, the game won't continue and just stay on 'Loading' after Alyx closes the door. Clearing cache, data, and starting a new game didn't solve the problem. Please fix. Shield Tablet Nougat update 5.1"
